GROWTH TIPS
How to Get Unstuck in Just 10 Minutes
Last night, I watched a video from Matt Gray about how to get unstuck, and it hit me hard.
He explains how a simple 10-minute daily system helped him escape burnout and start building real momentum again.
Three of his ideas are pure gold for creators who often find themselves overthinking, stalling, or unsure how to move forward.
1. The 2-Minute Mental Cleanse
When your brain feels like a browser with 40 tabs open, it’s impossible to focus.
Take two minutes and dump everything spinning in your head onto paper: tasks, ideas, messages, guilt, random “shoulds.”
Don’t organize, just empty it out.
Then pick one item that matters most today and ask:
“What’s the smallest possible action I can take in two minutes to start it?”
"Great acts are made up of small deeds."

Example: open your doc and write the title. Start a thread with the first line. Record 10 seconds of a video.
That tiny action flips the mental switch from thinking to doing, and that’s all you need to get momentum.
2. The Momentum Multiplier
You don’t need to plan a billion-dollar empire, you need a small win today.
Each morning, write down one micro-goal that’s specific and measurable.
Think: “Publish one post,” “Send one pitch,” or “Schedule a tweet.”
The win doesn’t have to be big, it just needs to happen.
Stack enough of these and you’ll start to trust your consistency more than your motivation.
Your vision for the future can be huge but think small when you are just starting out.
Ship something (anything) and build momentum from a tiny win.

You don't search for momentum, you build it.
3. The Discomfort Challenge
Every significant result hides behind one uncomfortable action you’ve been avoiding.
Matt uses the 5-second rule: when hesitation hits, count 5-4-3-2-1 and move.
Send the DM. Hit publish. Ask for feedback.
If you feel resistance, that’s usually the direction you need to go.
Try making a “discomfort list” of three things you’ve been delaying and attack one daily using the 5-second rule.
You’ll start to rewire your brain to act instead of hesitate.

GROWTH NEWS
Is AI Adoption Slowing Down?
New data from Ramp Economics shows paid AI adoption actually dipped again in September, marking the second decline of 2025. While 73% of tech companies still pay for AI tools, adoption in sectors like retail and hospitality remains below 30%. The good news is that retention is climbing fast, from 60% in 2023 to an expected 80% this year.
Analysts say the market is flooded with ideas but lagging in execution. Companies are pausing to scale what already works before expanding further. AI isn’t stalling; it’s maturing.
𝕏 Revises API Pricing to Win Back Developers
𝕏 has rolled out a new usage-based API pricing model, aiming to rebuild trust with developers after steep hikes drove many away. The new plan replaces flat monthly fees with charges tied to actual usage, offers fewer rate limits, and introduces a revamped developer console with real-time cost estimates.
A beta program is opening for select developers, who’ll receive $500 vouchers to test the new system. Despite the update, early comparisons suggest the new pricing may not be much cheaper than before. 𝕏 hopes the changes will revive third-party integrations and rebuild its once-thriving developer ecosystem.
How Anthropic Fixed Its Marketing and Built a Tribe Around Thinking
Anthropic went from awkward ads in Times Square (“Move your work up and to the Claude”) to people lining up for hours to get a hat that says thinking. The turnaround began when they stopped selling productivity and started selling identity. Their “Keep Thinking” campaign positioned Claude as the anti-slop AI, for people who value depth over speed.
They made three bold moves: took the opposite stance of competitors, turned the message into something physical with a coffee shop and merch, and celebrated the user instead of the product. The result? A movement, not just a campaign.
