How to profit from the Golden Age of creators

If you're a creator, now's your moment.

According to Microsoft CTO Kevin Scott, we're on the edge of a tech transformation as big as the internet boom.

Here's what you need to know:

  • AI isn't done growing – We're barely scratching the surface. As models scale, their reasoning, memory, and creativity will spike. If you're a creator, this means more innovative tools that can generate content even when mentally drained.

  • Models ≠ products – A model is just potential. It becomes powerful when paired with a clear use case, like a tool that rewrites your sales page or analyzes your audience. Don't chase the tech—chase what it enables.

  • Forget the all-in-one agent dream – Instead of one mega-agent, expect a toolbox of niche AI helpers: one for scheduling, one for drafting tweets, and one for editing video. Start testing a few in your daily workflow now.

  • Coding is changing fast – 95% of code will be AI-generated in 5 years. Developers will shift from typing to directing. If you're non-technical, this is your moment, too—prompting skills and idea clarity will matter more than syntax.

If you're in tech or building a startup, here's your new playbook:

Master AI tools (or fall behind) → Double down on your domain expertise → Solve real problems, not just play with tech

Creating your own AI tool could be your entry into this new era.

The results? These free tools:

  • Attracted 60+ qualified leads per month

  • Converted 40% of new customers through tool usage

  • Poached clients from giants like WPP

  • Generated what would've cost ~$1M/month in paid ads

Start simple and build a tool that solves one small pain point.

ā€˜Edits’: Instagram’s New Video Editing App

Instagram just launched Edits, its new video editing app—and it’s clearly gunning for CapCut. It packs a punch with pro-style features and some fresh IG twists.

Here’s what you can do inside Edits:

  • Multi-track timeline editing

  • Manage multiple video projects from one dashboard

  • Add notes and ideas directly in the app

  • Discover trending Reels and sounds

  • Record clips up to 10 minutes long

  • Use green screen, AI cutouts, and animate still objects

  • Export with no watermark (post to IG or other platforms)

  • Add captions, royalty-free music, and view analytics

Some tools might end up behind a paywall, so keep an eye out.

Auto-Dubbing Rolls Out to All YouTube Partners

YouTube’s automatic dubbing tool just got a significant upgrade.

After testing and expanding access last year, YouTube confirmed that auto-dubbing is now available to all creators in the YouTube Partner Program (YPP). This long-awaited feature lets creators instantly share their videos in multiple languages via audio translations, making it way easier to reach global audiences.

As per YouTube:

ā€œWe’re happy to announce that, now, all creators in YPP have early access to auto-dubbing and can self-enroll via YouTube Studio. We’re working to expand auto-dubbing to more creators in the future, so stay tuned.ā€

LinkedIn Lets You Define ā€œQualifiedā€ Leads in New Ad Targeting Tool

LinkedIn is giving businesses more control over their lead generation.

As explained by LinkedIn:

ā€œBy setting up a ā€œqualified leadsā€ conversion event using Conversions API, you can now share high-quality lead data with LinkedIn - whether those leads are captured via third-party websites, CRMs, sales teams, or other offline channels. Using this information, Campaign Manager will match and optimize delivery based on your highest quality leads.ā€

With the new Qualified Leads Optimization feature, brands can define what a ā€œqualified leadā€ means to them and let LinkedIn find lookalike audiences that match that criteria.

This applies to any campaign using the Lead Generation objective. The system mirrors your current opportunities and helps customize ad targeting based on your specific parameters, making it easier to attract higher-quality leads.

Cold contacts don’t know you or trust you—here’s the fix

Alex Hormozi highlights two reasons why most cold messages fail.

Your cold contacts:

  • Don't know you

  • Don't trust you

Hence, saying "No" or ignoring your messages is the safest option for them.

The fix? Build your messages around personalization and upfront free value.
