GROWTH TIPS

The $10M solo founder playbook

A new wave of founders is rising. They’re building $1M–$100M businesses without code, investors, or teams—just smart execution and AI.

Greg Isenberg is already doing it, and here’s how you can too:

  1. Build a daily-use product
Retention comes from routine. The best products solve a problem people feel every day. That’s how you stay top of mind—and top of wallet.

Think about how you live your life and what apps or routines you have. Food prep? Gym routine? Journaling?

  2. Launch before it's perfect
Greg calls it a “minimum lovable product.” Don’t chase perfection. Ship fast, get feedback, and improve based on what real users want, not what you think they want.

You need to be embarrassed about your product. And you need to build it in public. Show people what you’re creating. You’ll attract customers en route.

  3. Audience = leverage
With an audience, you don’t need press, investors, or intros. You can launch faster, test in public, and sell directly. In 2025 and beyond, audience isn’t optional—it’s your moat.

And the best way to attract an audience is to let people in on your journey. I love to follow the guy on TikTok who posts his journey from trading in cans to getting a house. (He’s now above the $1k mark.)

Give people a reason to follow you, to become a fan and root for you.

  4. Partner to grow fast
No audience yet? Borrow one. Partner with creators who already have reach and trust. Offer them generous rev-share deals to get your product in front of thousands instantly.

Find someone who aligns perfectly with your product and give them 50% of the revenue they bring in. It’s a great incentive for them and a way for you to quickly grow at the expense of short-term cost.

  5. Let AI carry the load
You no longer need a huge team or millions in funding. With the right AI tools, one person can outperform what used to take entire departments. This is how modern $10M solo businesses will be built.

That’s the formula. Keep it lean, keep it fast, and make it a habit.

AI wrappers are the new goldmine

Top AI models are cheap right now—big players want adoption, and savvy founders are jumping in. From design to video editing, wrappers are everywhere.

The winning move? Skip building your own model. Move fast, grab your niche, and collect the data that'll give you the edge later.

The growth hack era is circling the drain

Google's shipping traffic to Reddit. Social platforms are turning into graveyards. And your emails? Buried.

The old tricks don't work anymore. Time to grow up or get left behind. Brian Morrissey shares three lessons to prepare for the end of the growth hack era.

Instagram launched unlockable Reels

Instagram just rolled out unlockable Reels—exclusive content that only shows up if you have the right password.

As IG puts it:

“The new hidden reels feature lets you unlock exclusive content with a password. Instagram is testing this new feature as a way to let creators build excitement and buzz around exclusive content, and to help people connect over shared interests and entertaining content in a new, IYKYK, way.”

How to segment your contacts

Cold DMs aren't dead. But sending lazy messages to random people absolutely is.

If you’re serious about landing clients via Instagram or 𝕏, you need to stop doing things without a plan and start segmenting your outreach.

It’s essential to put most of your time on your best leads instead of spreading yourself thin and having no results at the end of the month.

Here's how to break down your DMs into three clear buckets—and spend your time where it actually matters.
