The roadmap to AI gold
Mike Krieger is Instagram’s co-founder and Anthropic’s CPO.
A few days ago, I watched an interview where he shared his roadmap for the coming AI gold rush.
Here are the three milestones he sees coming:
Developers will become multi-disciplinary builders
They'll delegate more work to AI systems
They'll review AI outputs at scale
The real edge in AI isn't faster models—it's deeper relationships. As Krieger says:
"What you're providing people is AI partnership, not just AI models."
That shift from tool to teammate builds real, defensible value.
He also predicts a major dev evolution: Builders will stop coding line-by-line and start acting more like creative directors—deciding what to build, guiding AI, and reviewing its work at scale.
He expects this to happen fast, even within a year.
Why am I telling creators this?
Creators don’t build apps. They share compelling stories. And as AI is becoming better and better at guiding you, you’ll able to create better stories with minimal input.
Just think back to what big life events happened to you in the past few years and ask AI how you can create a compelling story out of it. That should be enough for you to get some interesting content out there.
If you want to learn more about the AI gold rush, here’s my recent thread about it. 👇
Mike Krieger is Instagram co-creator and Anthropic CPO.
He's predicting AI's next trillion-dollar wave.
It's not better models. The real fortune will come from something much simpler.

Meta Introduces Business Broadcasts on WhatsApp
Brands can now pay to send offers to users who’ve previously engaged with them.
Users can opt out or mark messages as “Not interested,” and Meta will limit daily brand messages.
“We want messages from businesses to be helpful and expected, which is why we’ve introduced limits to the number of marketing messages that people can receive, thereby minimizing inbox overload.”
Stand out by doing the opposite
Jason Feifer shares a simple framework: do the OPPOSITE of what your competitors are doing.
Start by asking: “How is my brand expected to talk?”
Then, flip the script.
He highlights a genius ad from Animalife—a revenge-seeking dog at airport security. Unexpected, bold, and unforgettable.
Rob Litterst explores a 2025 trend: Humans as a Premium Feature.
Bardeen embraced it by blending SaaS with services to reduce implementation headaches.
Originally a broad AI tool, they pivoted to GTM automation—then stood out by offering hands-on help, not just features.
Tip: Don’t just build features—solve the friction that stops users from getting value.

The 6 DOs & DON'Ts of sales DMs
Here are six mistakes that cause you to waste leads, even after they’ve already shown interest:
You rely on your memory for follow-ups
You improvise your copy
You forget customers’ details
You pitch too soon
You treat everyone the same
You use one-liners or fake flattery
All of these DON’Ts have one thing in common:
They kill trust.
