GROWTH TIPS
You Don’t Need a Plan, You Need the Courage to Quit
At 22, I had a good job at a bank.
And every day felt like a slow death. So I quit.
This was the scariest decision of my life, but massive risks often lead to unexpected rewards.
The immediate result was that, on top of not having a job anymore, I also had to pay back €15,000 in scholarship fees.
And yet, after quitting the bank job, I started collaborating with a gaming startup, and I was able to cover my debt in six months.
Looking back, that's a recurring pattern: every time a job or project didn't feel right, I walked away. And every time that move created space for better opportunities.
I ran my first startup for three years and scaled it. Then I decided it was time to quit, so I sold it.
When I moved on, almost by chance, I connected with Samy Dindane online.

Samy and I connected through this message on Indie Hackers.
He'd built a tiny product called Hypefury, making around $500 a month. I didn't know Twitter (I had 600 followers tweeting nonsense), but I knew digital marketing.
So I flew to Paris to meet him: no investors, no safety net. Only curiosity and belief.
Before I left, I told him:
"I'll work for free for two months. No backup plan."
We didn't pay ourselves for two years. We shared everything publicly: revenue, milestones, even Baremetrics screenshots. That transparency built trust, fans, and a few copycats.
If I'd played it safe, none of this would've happened.
Sometimes quitting isn't giving up, it's clearing space for the right thing to show up.
Now, we're changing again.
We're rebuilding our entire architecture to prepare for the launch of Hypefury 2.
We won't focus only on Twitter/𝕏. We'll make Hypefury a fully multi-platform app to help you grow everywhere.
Nobody can rely on a single social media platform.
As creators, we have to be flexible and move fast to grab the best opportunities out there.

GROWTH NEWS
𝕏 just rolled out a new account called Bangers, likely created to highlight the platform’s most popular posts. It could become part of a plan to boost creator visibility and future monetization.
Snap Signs $400M Deal With Perplexity to Bring AI Search Into Snapchat
Snap just inked a $400 million deal with Perplexity AI to integrate its AI search engine directly into Snapchat’s chat interface starting early 2026. Users will be able to ask questions and get clear, sourced answers without leaving the app.
The partnership could turn Snapchat into a major AI discovery hub, with CEO Evan Spiegel hinting at future collaborations and new tools like “AI Clips” for generating short videos from prompts.
LLM Referral Traffic Declines After Early Surge
LLM referral traffic in B2B grew +65.1% since January, but has fallen -42.6% since July. Monthly growth dropped from 25.1% in 2024 to 10.4% in November 2025, ending projections that LLMs could reach 50% of organic traffic by 2027.
The main cause is ChatGPT’s model router, which now favors models showing fewer citations, along with a growing referral concentration toward Reddit and Wikipedia. Clicks are disappearing, making visibility (not traffic) the new benchmark for success.
A QUESTION FOR YOU
Track Everything with Multi-Platform Analytics in Hypefury 2
As I mentioned above, we’re working on Hypefury 2, a brand new version of the app that will be fully multi-platform.
Right now, the app provides in-depth analytics only for 𝕏. Hypefury 2 will expand beyond that.

As you can see in the screenshot below, we’ve already set up analytics for Threads by Meta and we’ll strive to give you all the data you need to grow fast.
